Monofunction Simulator UC RTD.2
The SIKA simulator has been developed for simple and flexible calibration and maintenance. Various tests can be done in one operation without having to switch instruments. It saves time. Our mono-functional simulator is very useful if you only need one type of signal.
Main apps:

Instrumentation and controlProcess industryEnergy supplyEngineering machinery and apparatusA number of other applications are also possible.
A multifunctional viewThe back-lit multifunctional screen ensures a clear indication of input and output values ββas well as all adjustments.
The concept of operationFeatures include a rubber keypad, convenient interactive menu control through function keys, navigator and numeric keypad. This feature facilitates the selection and appearance of various functions.
Steps and rampsAutomated programs are generated for periodic calls. Signal type, duration and value are defined. The start delay, the number of repetitions and the linear increase or decrease in characteristics can be programmed individually.
High speed callThe required signal value is repeatedly stored permanently or flexibly in the simulator and can be remembered quickly when pressing a button.
SynthesizerThe synthesizer function can be used to generate discontinuous characteristics by changing the signal value. The previously programmed signal change level is displayed on the simulator. This function allows simple definition and successive calls of various steps, ramp values ββor synthesizers for easier testing.
Calibration and linearization pointsIf the measurement and deviation characteristics of the sensor are known and these are available in the form of calibration certificates, they should be considered in the measurement to obtain accurate measurement results.
Simulator input can be shifted linearly by offset programming to approximate sensor measurement characteristics. This one point calibration is the simplest and most popular method of improving measurement results.
Multipoint calibration can be used to measure greater accuracy. The input is configured by using four point linearisation to real sensor characteristics to compensate for linearity error. Up to five different calibration data files can be saved and easily remembered as needed.
