Dry-block function
The optimal thermal clutch from the block to the test object is achieved with the correct adapter arm. Ideally, the inner diameter of the arm is 0.5 mm larger than the outside diameter of the test item. Calibration meter with the help of adapter arm, straight temperature sensor almost every length and diameter can be calibrated. Dry block covers the entire temperature range without the need to change the calibration media. Viscosity, flash point or outgassing is not a concern.
Black body function
A patented infrared calibration arm is used to calibrate IR pallets or thermal imaging cameras. Specific surface structures and asymmetric shapes create a "cavity radiator" with an emission factor of 0.9994, preventing the reflection of interference radiation and emitting the required temperature in its ideal form. The pyrometer is held only at a distance specified above the measurement opening, thus forming the desired measurement area at the bottom for the calibration to be performed. A support base can be mounted directly on the unit.
